At Perazim Capital, we believe that this is the human rights crisis of the 21st century. Somewhere along the line, society convinced us to trade our time and our purpose for money. We believe that this is wrong. Perazim Capital's mission is to help 1000 people get financially free by the year 2031. Buchi C. Offodile | Founder & Managing Partner

Buchi started studying real estate as a 19-year-old sophomore at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. Fueled by nothing more than passion and a dream, he spent his summers networking and studying with real estate investors in and around his hometown in Northeast Ohio. In 2011, he graduated from Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Design and moved to the Washington D.C. metropolitan area to work on Capitol Hill. After working in the United States Senate as a Communications Assistant, he started a consulting company with his mentor that was aimed at helping small business owners break through plateaus by implementing systems and leveraging the business owner’s assets. Despite the success of this venture, he and his mentor decided to table the business in pursuit of other, more pressing opportunities. This is when he decided to become an agent.

Since formally entering the real estate industry in 2013, Buchi has helped hundreds of clients buy, sell, rent, or invest in real estate in the DC-metropolitan area. He is licensed in Washington, DC., Maryland, and Virginia, and has a wide range of expertise that allows him skillfully help his clients reach their goals. He has taught both first-time home buyers’ classes and real estate investors’ classes, and he has created numerous programs aimed at helping his clients get better results.

In December of 2020, after earning awards for being in the Top 1% of Realtors in PG County, Maryland and the Top 5% of Realtors Nationwide based on production, Buchi realized that he could serve his clients in a more impactful way by moving into the commercial real estate space as well. Thus, Perazim Capital was born. Buchi believes that his life's mission is to help dreamers see behind the veil of the Matrix so that they can make enlightened decisions about how they want to live their lives. Pioneer Capital is the vehicle he is using to accomplish his mission.

Alex Khalilifard | Co-Founder & Managing Partner
